Yes. It’s straightforward as ManyChat has native integration with ActiveCampaign. You just need to give your ActiveCampaigns’ API credentials to perform the connection.
How to integrate ManyChat with ActiveCampaign?
Integrating ManyChat with ActiveCampaign is very easy. Follow the next steps, and in just a couple of minutes, you’ll be sharing emails obtained through ManyChat to your ActiveCampaign account.
Create a manychat account
1.- First, you’ll need to create your ManyChat account and connect it to your business communication channel. If you haven’t done it, follow the next 11 steps, and if you already have an active ManyChat account, proceed to step #12.
2.- Click on “Sign Up” to start creating your ManyChat account.
3.- Select the channel you want to start with. If you choose one belonging to Facebook, it will require you to access your Facebook account. Otherwise, you will need to open the messaging application and verify your account. In this case, we will use the Facebook one. Click on “Continue With Facebook” to proceed.
4.- Log in with the account linked to your Facebook page or business account.
5.- ManyChat will request access to some part of your business account so you can build and enable the automations. Click “Continue” to grant it access.
6.- Next, you’ll need to verify your email address. Type in your email and click on “Next”. It will send you an email with a verification code. Type in the code to verify the account.
7.- You’ll need to provide some information about your business. Make sure to fill in the data according to your business needs.
8.- Click “Next” to continue.
9.- It will ask you to select the page you want to administrate. Choose the page from which you’ll be communicating with your customers and click “Connect”.
10.- It will show you success once the page is connected.
11.- Once it finishes the setup, it will ask you for more details about the account you’ve just created. Click “Next” to finalize the account creation.
Connect to ActiveCampaign
12.- Now that your account is created, you can integrate ManyChat with multiple apps, including ActiveCampaign. Go to “Settings” and look for the ActiveCampaign integration.
13.- You’ll need to provide your API Url and API keys from your ActiveCampaign account. Go to your ActiveCampaign dashboard, click on “Settings,” and look for “Developer”. There you’ll see both codes. Copy them and paste them into the ManyChat configurator window.
1.- Go to the Zendesk Marketplace and search for ActiveCampaign. Click on “Install”.
